Property Size & Location
Larger properties and premium locations in Pedregal, the Corridor, or Puerto Los Cabos are priced to reflect their market position and management complexity.
Rental Type
Short-term vacation rentals and long-term residential leases have different management needs. We price each accordingly.
Service Scope
Choose the services that fit your goals. Full-service management, setup only, or concierge add-ons — your fee reflects exactly what you select.
Concierge Involvement
Properties with active concierge programs require more coordination. The level of guest-facing service is factored into your management fee.
